A total mind/body conditioning program, this class fuses the mat exercises of Pilates with Yoga to build core strength, stability, and ease of movement in our daily lives. To add variety and challenge, blocks, straps, and a large stability ball are also used regularly. Each class will begin with a centering meditation and will end with relaxation. All levels are welcome.
