We offer health club classes that focus on your needs and well being. From strength building to cardio workouts, you will find a class that meets your personal goals. We even offer a boxing class, as well as one for youth.
LAND CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
24/7 Fitness Room
Combined cardio & strength exercises for optimal fitness! This class offers a fun & energizing workout experience with motivating music, aerobic movements & functional strength building exercise intervals!
45 minutes of toning and strength exercises using equipment and body resistance. This is a non-cardio class but will challenge the muscles.
SENIOR FUNCTIONAL TRAINING & CHAIR STENGTH PROGRAMS
These classes are based on strengthening major muscle groups, improving balance and promoting functional movement
SUSPENSION & STRENGTH TRAINING
This workout leverages gravity and your body using suspension straps to incorporate natural movements and is a complete body workout. Endurance and strength gains are the focus of this class.
STRENGTH & TONE
The class is based on toning and strength exercises using body resistance. This is a non cardio class but will increase your heart rate and build muscle.
YOGA & MEDITATION
This mind/body/spirit practice integrates the physical postures, breathing exercises, as well as meditation and relaxation. The gentle approach is ideal for those who want to learn how to manage stress.
GET FIT GIRLS $$
Build Self Esteem in a non competitive environment. Strength and endurance conditioning, Circuit Training, Pool and Land activitis, CPR/Babysitting and basic life saving skill activities
KIDS TIME FITNESS Ages 2-5 $$
Move it Mondays, Wiggle out Wednesdays and Fun Fit Fridays.
Parents are welcome to participate with the activities and games we play with kids ages 2-5 years old.
FIT KIDS ages 6-14 $$
General conditioning, youth strength training, healthy habit coaching and FUN!

Indoor Heated Pool
AQUA FIT & TONE
Total cardio workout for 45 minutes in the low end. This is a great cardio boost!
AQUA CARDIO STRETCH & TONE
40 minutes of low end, low impact cardio. Stretching and toning with pool equipment. Great for all fitness levels and ages.
SENIOR SWIM PROGRAM
Seniors will benefit from this program in our therapeutic pool. Senior Center member are urged to take this class
TODDLER TIME $$
Parent / child activity time, lifeguard on duty.
Fun, challenging workout for all ages using the shallow and deep end of the pool. Always a different class, never a boring moment!
Strength training in the pool for all ages and capabilities
MEDITATION / QUIET TIME
Relax, meditate, stretch, float w/ soft relaxing music

Our Personal Trainers have over 50 years of experience. Fitness Rx Training Studios only hire experienced trainers that know how to safely work with your, athletes, mothers young to older and seniors. We specialize in helping people that are injured and recovering from joint replacements and rehab. Our Nutritional coaching is based on real life experiences and not only book education. (A 20 year old male don’t not use nutrition the same way a 48 year old mother of three does). Our goal was to develop a physical therapy company which put patients’ needs first – to listen first, understand second, evaluate third and to communicate the findings and develop a treatment plan focused on maximizing your health and well-being.
Our next goal was to become closely involved with the community, always listening to the needs of the community and growing to meet those needs but never outgrowing the community itself. Finally, we want all of our patients to feel special, that each of their needs are being addressed and that you never feel like just another number.
In our efforts to meet your needs, we will continue to expand our physical therapy programs. We currently participate with most insurances and will continue to search out new insurance companies.
We, at Bayside, view each person who comes to us as an individual with a unique set of problems and goals. We use our listening skills, manual skills and treatment modalities to create an optimal environment for the patient to improve and gain control over his or her problems.
We will provide you with the proper education and exercise tools to help you reach your goals, along with motivation and encouragement throughout your treatment program.
