We are carving out a unique area regarding training for people that ride and compete in horseback riding. Easton has a large population of horse lovers and ride/ jump for pleasure and competition. We currently train a few people that want specific help with their ability to increase their time in the saddle as a productive partner.
Our training focuses on increasing strength, agility, stamina, flexibility and nutrition for the whole body, specifically legs (inner and outer thighs), lower back, abs, shoulders and arms. Strength training incorporates weights, bands, TRX, heavy balls just to name a few methods. Agility involves turf and track conditioning to improve vertical and horizontal balance and movement while stamina improvement comes from performing cardio as well as it is a by-product of the strength and agility training.
