About the Event
This program runs continuoulsy so you can join at any time. The cost is $85 for 4 weeks. We have workouts on Mondays and Wednesdays as a group at 6:30pm for only 30 mins. We work on strength, agility, conditioning, upper body stabilization, lower body strength and lateral movement capability. It doesn't matter is you are a pavement enthusiast or trail lover, we will get you faster, stronger, reduce your times.
We meet Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30-7pm for intense workouts. Any level is welcome and we adapt the training to meet your capabilities.
