Functional Training
Functional Training is a large part of what we offer at Fitness Rx. Functional training includes full body movements that build strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. A balanced body is a stronger body.
The "STEPHANIE STRONG SERIES" is a program Stephanie Booze our GM designed encompassing standard classes, personal coaching that includes multiple techniques such as cross training & Weight / Strength Training. This program will progressively transform you and you will see results through weekly diligent attendance.
Consider taking our cross training classes with Stephanie and Weight Training series with Mark. It doesn't matter if you are a cardio warrior or a weight training warrior, branch out and try out functional cross training classes to see the results you will be happy with.
Just remember, professional athletes don't take ballet to look good in tutus, they do it as a form of cross training to become a more rounded balanced athletes.
In both locations we will offer lots of different types of training that will include weights, sleds, body exercises, timing techniques, reps challenges, strength challenges, endurance programs.

TRAINING - VARIATION
Stephanie Strong Series - Kent Island
This is series of classes on our schedule that Stephanie designed and teaches. Each class compliments each other in a progressive fashion. Strength, Weight Training, Agility, Flexibility, Toning, Leaning up. This also includes our 24 Days to Lean programs.
LADIES Love this series!!
These classes are for all ages and we include a senior level group of classes as well.
Weight Training / Strength Series - Easton
This is a group of classes designed specifically for lifting weights and becoming strong and toned. You will be coached by Mark and taught how to lift correctly and safely. This series was requested by the dedicated LADIES of the Easton Location to get their iron lifting in. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 9am.
Cross Training Classes
This is incorporating multiple training techniques such as weights, agility, endurance, ground and vertical into a single workout.
Weight Training
We will use tools such as ladders, cones, lines in the parking lot, hurdles, boxes, timers and basic running, timing exercises, speed drills, static hold drills, ballistic / explosive movements.
Agility Training
We will use tools such as ladders, cones, lines in the parking lot, hurdles, boxes, timers and basic running, timing exercises, speed drills, static hold drills, ballistic / explosive movements.
