Youth Strength and Conditioning
Fitness Rx is starting a youth strength and conditioning group training.
Geared toward youths ages 9 through 18. Focus on turf work on our indoor turn, speed work, agility work, strength, flexibility, endurance, and reaction time.
- Groups of 3-10 by age. Our focus will we on strength, flexibility, agility and speed.
- Age ranges: 9-11, 12-14, 15-18.
- Using traditional weights, TRX and indoor turf.
- Groups are trained 3 days a week for 1 hour sessions.
- Very affordable.
