We offer health club classes that focus on your needs and well being. From strength building to cardio workouts, you will find a class that meets your personal goals. We even offer a boxing class, as well as one for youth.
STANDARD CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
24/7 Fitness Room
This class will definitely get you moving! simply perform 4-8 sets of each exercise for 20 seconds as fast as you can, 10 seconds of rest allowed between each set, AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! Intense!
30 minutes of strength and cardio rounds. A challenging workout to test your abilities and encourage your growth.
SENIOR FUNCTIONAL TRAINING & CHAIR STRENGTH PROGRAMS
These classes are based on strengthening major muscle groups, improving balance and promoting functional movement
SENIOR GENTLE CARDIO
Low impact and light cardio with light resistance movements to get the heartrate elevated. This class is for the active senior.
MIX IT UP
A mix of high energy, low impact cardio and strength training
YOGA & MEDITATION
This mind/body/spirit practice integrates the physical postures, breathing exercises, as well as meditation and relaxation. The gentle approach is ideal for those who want to learn how to manage stress.
Simply put!!!! This class is fast/ intense and provides a full body experience. You will use bars, dumbbells, free weights and body / functional movements
30 Minutes of stretch exercises for range of motion and recovery. Everyone needs to stretch!!

30 Days of GRIT woman program w/ Stephanie Booze
This is a 4-5 week program specifically designed by Mark Cuviello the owner of Fitness Rx to educate men and women on becoming fit and healthy. Two 30 minutes workouts with Stephanie Booze our expert trainer and coach that will not only burn calories but make your STRONG!!! Becoming strong is the key to weight loss. The combination of nutritional coaching that includes food logs, daily communication with your coach and the specific training, will provide you with all the tools necessary to stay fit for the rest of your life. No other program gives you both fitness coaching and nutritional coaching.
24 DAYS CUT & RIPPED w/ Stephanie Booze
Stephanie has created a program that is for our advanced members that have graduated from our 24 Days to Lean program. We will train them in advance weight training, functional training and educate and show how to get stronger and more lean. . Full body strength is crucial to becoming fit and lean. Bench press, squats, shoulder press, bent over rows, dead lifts all these movements sound intimidating but when done correctly and taught by our expert Stephanie you will become STRONG * LEAN * TONED *INVINCIBLE.
Are you tired of not knowing what to do when you come into the gym? Are you a beginner? Are you a regular looking for that kick start to start to make progress? This program is for you. You get 3 one on one training sessions with Stephanie Booze to create a workout program that will be put on a chart and you keep it to use it. You will then have a program to use every single time you come in. You will be instructed on what movements to do, how to do them and the rep and set scheme necessary to make progress. Tracking your weights and reps are necessary to success!

Fitness Rx Training Studios only hire experienced trainers that know how to safely work with your, athletes, mothers young to older and seniors. We specialize in helping people that are injured and recovering from joint replacements and rehab. Our Nutritional coaching is based on real life experiences and not only book education. (A 20 year old male don’t not use nutrition the same way a 48 year old mother of three does).
