These are a series of strength training classes in both Easton with Mark and Kent Island with Stephanie Booze as part of her Stephanie Strong Series.
Easton - Monday, Wednesday’s, Fridays and Sundays all at 9am.
Kent Island Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri 9am, Mon, Tue, Wed 5:30pm
Coached weight training, strength classes. Free weights, cable machines, functional strength training used to build muscle and strength. WOMEN LOVE these classes.
