Easton Fitness Classes:​

  • NEW CLASS - Build and Shape Your Booty: Sculpt a stronger back end, lower back, and legs. 30 mins of burning your BUTT with Shelby!

  • NEW CLASS - Extreme Hip Hop: Dance, shake it, exercise, jump, move, laugh, and sweat to jammin music every Wednesday.

  • Body Circuit & Burn: 45-minute session focusing on muscle activation and full-body functional movements using dumbbells, barbells, and bodyweight. Light to medium weights increase blood flow for strength and toning.

  • Boxing/Women Boxing Hand Technique: Two boxing programs - standard boxing and agility on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Saturdays feature a Women-Only Boxing/Hand Technique class focusing on strength, cardiovascular, and endurance performance.

  • Cross Training Program: Multiple classes focusing on strength, agility, endurance, and flexibility, catering to all fitness levels.

  • Barbell & Dumbbell Training: 30-minute program designed to teach barbell and dumbbell use for building strength and great form.

  • MSMA - Mid Shore Martial Arts Kids Karate: Youth classes for ages 5-18. Contact the front desk for details.

  • TRX/Core: Full-body functional movements for strength and flexibility. Suitable for beginners to advanced levels, cycling workouts to target abs between larger muscle groups.

  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga: 1-hour class reducing stress and fatigue, increasing flexibility, improving balance, breathing patterns, and posture.

  • Zumba: 45-minute Latin-inspired fitness class with joyful rhythms like Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, and more.

  • Karate for Youth 4-18 by Mid Shore Martial Arts


Kent Island Fitness Classes:​

  • Tabata Strong: High-intensity workout with 4-8 sets of 20 seconds of fast exercise, 10 seconds of rest.

  • Elite 30: 30 minutes of strength and cardio rounds, a challenging workout to test abilities and encourage growth.

  • Senior Functional Training & Chair Strength Programs: Classes based on strengthening major muscle groups, improving balance, and promoting functional movement.

  • Senior Gentle Cardio: Low-impact cardio with light resistance for the active senior.

  • Mix It Up: Blend of high-energy, low-impact cardio, and strength training.

  • Yoga & Meditation: Mind/body/spirit practice integrating physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation for stress management.

  • Strength Class: Fast, intense full-body experience using bars, dumbbells, free weights, and body/functional movements.

  • Stretch Class: 30 minutes of stretch exercises for range of motion and recovery. Essential for everyone!

  • Total Body Resistance: Strength exercise for optimal fitness, offering a fun and energizing workout experience with functional and strength-building movements.

  • 30 Days of GRIT Weight Loss Program w/ Stephanie Booze: A 4-5 week program designed by Mark Cuviello and Stephanie Booze, combining 30-minute workouts and nutritional coaching for strength and fitness.

  • 24 Days Cut & Ripped w/ Stephanie Booze: Advanced program for graduates of the 24 Days to Lean program, focusing on advanced weight training, functional training, and becoming stronger and leaner.

  • Jump Start: A program for beginners or regulars looking for a kick start, providing 3 one-on-one training sessions with Stephanie Booze to create a personalized workout program.
